Everything we sell is handmade and shipped from Brooklyn, NY within 5 business days.

Once an order has been placed, it will ship within 5 days. If you need to cancel please email us hello@traceytoole.com within 24 hours of placing the order. 

traceytoole designs  cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
