Shipping and Returns

Everything we sell is handmade and shipped from Brooklyn, NY within 3 business days.

We accept returns of unused items with no signs of wear within 30 days of delivery for shop credit or exchange. If you are dissatisfied in anyway, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange your return or exchange. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Once an order has been placed, it will ship. Sorry, we do not accept cancellations. 

traceytoole designs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
